There are two main layers of the atmosphere beneath the tropopause: the stratosphere and the troposphere. The stratosphere lies just below the tropopause and extends down to about 31 miles (50 kilometers) above Earth's surface, while the troposphere is the layer closest to Earth's surface and extends up to the tropopause.
In the four main layers of the earth\'s atmosphere weather occurs in the troposphere, airplanes fly in the stratosphere, meteors are burned in the mesosphere, and satellites are placed in the thermosphere.

one of earths layers
The troposphere. The troposphere is one of the four layers of the atmosphere (0-10km in altitude) containing water vapour. Clouds are formed by water condensing and as air cools. This is why cloud formation is possible because the temperature of the troposphere decreases with altitude.
Earth's layer are located in the atmosphere. Ozone layer is one of them.
the layers of the atmosphere are: troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Thermosphere and Exosphere. Although some people say that Exosphere isn't a layer it is the highest one.
The Earth's atmosphere is composed in FIVE different layers. The first one is the Troposphere, which is the closest to the Earth's surface. The second one is the stratosphere. The third atmosphere is called the mesosphere, which contains the coldest air temperature. The forth is thermosphere, which contains the ionosphere that are made up of electrically charged particles (note that the ionosphere is not one of the atmosphere). The last part of the atmosphere is the exosphere, which is the region of the space travel. It is also the furthest atmospheric layer from the Earth.
The earths mantle is one of the four major layers, laying between the crust and the outer core. At 2885 kilometers, it is the thickest layer.
The conditions of the bottom layer, the Troposphere, are generally referred to as weather.
Hemisphere
The lowest layer of Earth's atmosphere, directly above the ground, is called the troposphere. It is where almost all weather phenomena occur and where the majority of Earth's clouds are found. Approximately 75% of the atmosphere's mass is contained within the troposphere.
