Thomson effect
To test a water heater thermocouple, you can use a multimeter to check for continuity. Disconnect the thermocouple from the control valve and set the multimeter to the resistance setting. Touch one probe to the tip of the thermocouple and the other probe to the base. If the multimeter shows a reading of around 25-35 millivolts, the thermocouple is functioning properly.
The word, "decimal" means "of, or having to do with tenths". If you were working in base 8 instead of decimal, it would be called "octal", which means "of, or having to do with eighths". If you were working in base 16, it would be "hexadecimal" or "sixteenths". If you were working in base two, it would be "binary" or "twos".

There is indeed a band called Robotronica. They have released two albums and are working on their third. They have a small but loyal fan base. Check them out.
The problem with the newer types is not where to get the thermocouple ( at any good hardware store or HD) - the real difficulty is fitting it, as most of the new types of gas water heater are made specifically to stop owners and handymen tinkering. Unlike the older style, you can no longer get at the thermocouple from the side. The tank has to be emptied, disconnected and laid on it's side to gain access through the base !
The principle is called Chargaff's rule, which states that in DNA, the amount of adenine equals the amount of thymine, and the amount of guanine equals the amount of cytosine. This rule is important in understanding the complementary base pairing in DNA strands.
This is a basic principle of DNA base pairing called Chargaff's rule. Adenine (purine) pairs with thymine (pyrimidine), while guanine (purine) pairs with cytosine (pyrimidine). This complementary base pairing is essential for the double-stranded structure of DNA.
It is called its base!
Matching principle is the base of accrual accounting system which tells that each revenue earned should be matched with cost spent to earn that revenue so accrual account and matching principle is not different but same thing.
