The entire book of Genesis is believed to have been written by Moses. This does not mean that the stories therein originated with Moses. If they really happened, as I believe they did, then they obviously originated at the time of their occurence. Genesis covers the time period from creation to about 350 years before the birth of Moses around 1570 BC.
