There are 193 countries in the world, and 190 countries in the world have red cross. It would take a very long time to list all of the countries in the world that have red cross mainly because 98% of the worlds countries have red cross, but I will say that there are only 3 countries in the world that don't have red cross. although I have looked very hard, I have not found out which 3 countries it is that don't have the red cross.
