In computer language, I perceive the difference between "see" and "view" as the difference between "see" (mere ocular recognition) and "read". For instance, "Click one of the documents you see on the screen to view it".
there is no difference

The US Mint does coins while the Bureau of Engraving and Printing does Bills.

Etching is done with acid, its used to eat away material that is exposed to it and material that is covered is untouched Engraving is actually carving something with tools You could have found this out yourself using something thats available these days, called a SEARCH ENGINE
There's a link from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing below:
Intaglio: image is etched into the surface, smeared with ink (which sticks in the recessed areas), and (using damp paper) put through a press. The ink is transferred from the recessed areas to the paper. Relief: Pretty much the opposite; the parts you don't want are carved away, ink rolled on, and dry paper pressed onto it. In layman's terms, it's a big stamp.
The BEP makes paper money and the US Mint makes coins......I think.
intaglio is when a design is carved into a surface such that it appears as a depression. cameo is when the required design appears as relief left remaining on the surface as the unrequired material is chipped away. it appears raised or as an embossing on the surface.
Cameo Surface: The surface that you can see. Intaglio Surface: The surface that you cannot see. Example, there is a dish on the table. Upper side of the dish is cameo surface and the bottom side of the dish is intaglio surface.
I am not so familiar with the difference but i know a company who is very knowledgeable and will be glad to answer your question go to http://www.superfineprinting.com/
That is not neccearily true. There are some digital presses that use actual ink. The Heidelberg QM, and the HP Indigo. The difference between digital printing and conventional printing is Digital printing is printed with CMYK toners, offset printing uses regular ink, not toners. I found information about this when i was inquiring about printing for my school for the coming year and did lots of research which guided me to http://www.superfineprinting.com/ Good luck on all your printing!
Offset printing is an indirect image transfer. This is common for putting a picture on cakes. Digital printing uses files and PDF's that are part of a software program. This is comon for printing pictures.
