There is a guy who has a girlfriend and he doesnt like her but likes me and to shy to dump her. what do i do?

You could wait it out and see what happens, or you can do something about it yourself. If you like her and want to go out with her, then you should tell her about how her boyfriend wants to dump her but can't cause he's shy, and tell her how you feel about her so then you can let her know you care and that she won't have to worry about her having a broken heart cause she will have someone to love her.
