By the liner bulging, I assume you are refering to water behind the liner due to excessive hydrostatic pressure. To correct, you need to remove the excess water. You need a pump and a length of smooth flexible hose, spa flex is best. 1. Unhook the liner from the bead receptor in shallow end of pool 2. Place hose into the water behind the liner (towards the bottom of the pool wall) 3. attach hose to front of the pump 4. Attach another hose to the discharge side of the pump 5. start pump and send discharged water back into the pool. 6.use a pool brush to carefully smooth the liner back into place. 7. When water recedes slowly pull suction hose from behind the liner. Note:You do not want to remove all the water just the majority of it. Otherwise it will be difficult to remove the hose. The remainder of the water behind the liner will disipate as the ground dries and the liner watyer pressure pushes it out..
In short, not likely. The sun has damaged the liner making it brittle and highly likely it has shrunk considerably. Sorry.
The size of the hole will be the determining factor but a small hole or cut can be patched with a vinyl repair kit which will work under water.
depending on the problem.
I would suggest using a vinyl pool lining if you are doing the installation yourself. Vinyl is a very asy material too work with and you wont need special tools.
I have etching in my inground concrette pool and i need to know how to fix it. the pool was made in 1973 i bought the house three years ago.
Call a plumber
You learn to live with it.
Firstly you find out how the DE got into the pool - must be a broken filter pad. Fix that, then vacuum the pool. No point vacuuming before you fix the filter problem, or the DE will finsih up back in the pool.
It is highly unlikely.
I have a 15' above ground pool, when we installed the pool it was a little uneven (not even 1") now that the pool has been up for a while it has settled and now the side that was lower is off by about 3-4". How can I fix this without draining the whole pool?
A pool can be build using bricks by digging out a large, pool-shaped hole and lining it with bricks. This provides a secure base which can then be covered with a vinyl liner and then filled with water.
Rhino Lining sells linings for truck beds. Some of the linings the company sells have to be installed, others may be sprayed on. The linings are be inexpensive or not depending on the size of the liner and the materials it is made of.

You first of all have to find out what is causing the slab to heave. If you fix the slab then within a two year period you will be redoing the slab again. You may have a leak in the plumbing of the pool or a leak in the house plumbing or to the garden hose. Fix all the leaks and then replace the slab.
