Sunspots - and the Gregorian calendar.
Sunspots
Every eleven years. The Gregorian calendar repeats in 11 year cycles.
Solar cycles average about 11 years each. The eleven year cycle is measured by changes in the Sun's output, ejection of solar materials, sunspots, and auroras on Earth. Sometimes the cycle is referred to as a 22-year one since the sunspot activity reverses solar hemispheres (changes polarity) in alternating cycles.
The moon's phases happen every month. Tides happen twice a day. Seasons happen every year. So the only thing that doesn't happen in cycles is gravity.
It would have two cycles a year like any normal dog.
An eleven year old does not need to work out yet, because the muscles are not yet fully developed. Only when puberty hits, then a person will start to see muscle improvement. Otherwise, an eleven year old should not lift weights because no major or even minor improvement may occur do to the lack of the development of the muscles.
Most "chicks" won't, wait until you're at least 15 for the best chances. (Nobody wanted to go out with me when I was, say, eleven, but now I seem to have multiple admirers, without even trying, at 15)
Sunspot 'cycles' are at approximately 11-year intervals.
An eleven year old is too young to date.
