It is never used by the official Catholic Church. . Secondly, Martin Luther never started a movement to reform the Catholic Church, Martin Luther LEFT the Catholic Church to start his own Church. Which is a completely different thing. That is commonly mislabeled as the protestant reformation, Catholics refer to it as the protestant revolt.
