This guy in your PE class always plays volleyball and every time you play he always complians how your not doing somthing right but never says anything to anybody else that messes up what does it mean?

It means either he doesn't like you much, or he's concerned about the team.

Ignore him. I have been in a case like that and volleyball is a hard sport in my opinion. Don't take it hard though.
