You took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative and this week you took three and it was positive how far along could you be?

You need to know your ovulation date to determine that. There are ovulation calculators on the web. You just put in the date of your last period and it gives you the possible dates of ovulation. Since you have a positive test - it would be best to make a doctors appt. They will probably do an ultrasound and will calculate how far along you are as well as give you a due date. Good Luck!

∙ 15y agoThe only way to know for sure is go to a docter and get an ultrasound. They will guess at how far along you are based on how developed your baby is. The reason that sometimes pregnancy tests come out as negative when your really positive is because sometimes your pregnancy horomones haven't quite built up in your body very much yet , ..

∙ 13y agoGenerally, most doctors consider the last week of your period to be the first week of your pregnancy. So two weeks into your pregnancy is when you ovulate and conceive. Two week after that (4 weeks) pregnant, is when you can first determine pregnancy. So three weeks late would be about one week after this point, which would be approximately five weeks.
