The best tip I would give on doing the final mission is to take your time. Be stealthy, and ninja-like, creep up the stairs bit at a time, and have your weapon of choice ready at all times. There are gang members everywhere in the building, so you really have to get CJ to look around constantly. On the way back down, don't panic, even though there is a timer, just keep a cool head and you will get CJ out. Once he is clear of the building, the next part will test your driving skill and later your shooting skill.
