Unless it is an automatic ecu you can buy an immobilizer by pass unit from K-Tuned or Hybrid Racing. Google this ""k-tuned immobilizer bypass" and the little box wires into the engine harness that connects to the ecu and will work fine. I have it on my 98 Civic because I put an RSX-S engine into it.
The short answer is - you don't!! wouldn't be much of an immobilizer if it were easy to bypass. You need to either fix the fault which is causing the problem, OR send the engine ECU off to a specialist who can reprogram it to disable the immobilizer

How to disable Peugeot 206 immobilizer?
The immobilizer can not be disabled, You will need to go to the VW dealer and have the key re-programmed. If it is the correct key. This problem can occur when the dealer replaces the ECU module - they sometimes forget to tell you that they will need ALL the keys to get them recognized as valid by the ECU.
