To make a vocaloid or a Nico Nico Chorus which program do I need to use?

For the WAV/MP3 syncing, the program is up to you. Usually, people use Audacity, Reaper, FL Studio, etc.
As for the PV, same...the program is still up to you. Usually, people use stuff like Nico Nico Movie Maker, Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, etc.
