The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. You will have to drain the tank, and lower it to access the pump. I know it is a real pain!
I was told by a mechanic recently that the fuel filter on a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo is not inside the gas tank. It is in front of the tank, on the driver side.

!954 Dodge Royale has a 6 volt poss grnd electrical system. Don't get confused when working on it. I found the best way is to just think of it as a normal neg grnd system. poss neg. Unless your working on something that is isolated with a rubber mount or something similar nothing will seem diff.
