which spec are you looking for?
150 hp @ 4400 rpm and 255 lb-ft of torque at 2000 rpm, for the 2bbl carb. 167 hp @ 4000 rpm and 245 lb-ft of torque at 2000 rpm for the 4bbl carb.
The 1983 Ford F 100 manifold bolt torque specifications are 45 pounds. The manifold bolts should be torqued in 15 pound intervals.

You have a blown head gasket sorry to say. The white smoke is water getting into the combustion chamber and the reason the engine vibrates is the chamber that is getting the water is not firing thus causing the shaking.
