That question is like asking "what came first the chicken or the egg?" Toshiba is used with the Windows OS(operating system) Apple runs on a completely different OS used only in there computers they are much simpler which mean they can do less but it also leaves less chance for viruses and bugs on the other hand Toshiba running the Windows OS is limitless but it also has limitless possibilities for bugs and viruses the choice is really up to you and how you plan to use the computer you buy.
