Confirm your switch is made for the track lighting system. If you have a 12 volt system and don't use an electronic switch the ballast/Transformers will make noise from the inadiquate condition.

Confirm your lamps are rated for the system and not overworking the componants to make up the difference.

Confirm the fixtures are rated for the track in configuration of the tabs that lock onto the bussing in the tracking. Make sure they twisted in properly locking in the space required and not pinching or binding on the track buss.

And finally if the sound is coming from a particular point assure the track itself is adequately supported and the anchors or screws ataching it are not touching the buss or vibrating loose. I'll keep a watch if these do not work. If they don't the possibilty of a bad set might be concidered. Good luck.
