- Trust is the ultimate bond (more so than sex) whether it's friendship or a love relationship. If that bond of trust is broken it is difficult to get it back. Trust; loyalty; good communication skills are what makes a great relationship stronger.

One cannot maintain good friendships, relationships, marriages, working relationships, etc. without trust. In all of these relationships the individuals need to trust each other in order for the relationship to be a good one. If you cannot trust a person or be trusted there will always be a strain on the relationship. If trust is not present on both sides there can never be complete openness, honesty, and the ability to communicate well with that person. You have to be able to trust your friend that he or she will not backstab you, talk behind your back, or do things to hurt you in some way. In love you have to be able to trust the person you are with or you always have this negative flow of thoughts going through your mind and it has a very negative effect on your relationship. An employer has to be able to trust that an employee won't steal, do sloppy work, make mistakes that can harm the business, etc. Without trust in any relationship whether it be friends, lovers, employer/employee the relationship can never grow and be a good one.
