Mi aprietan mucho los zapatos
Estoy haciendo bien is literally "I am doing good", not use in latin America. We say "Estoy bien" or "Me va bien". Gracias = Thanks Y usted = And you?
El está haciendo bien
Did you have a good day in Spanish.
Doing good = haciendo bueno but this sounds terrible in Spanish. Generally speaking you should say "doing well" which is haciendo bien.

Estoy bien. Que estas haciendo?
Good too that you are doing )or making).
Estoy bien y haciendo el bien.
"Está bien que estás haciendo" means "It's okay that you are doing."
Estoy bien, gracias. ¿Qué edad tienes?
This means, "Very well; how old are you?"
"How good/great. What are you doing today?"
