If the turn signals, hazard lights, and emergency flashers are not working in your 1995 Integra GSR despite replacing the fuses and flasher relay, the issue could be due to a faulty switch on the steering column or a wiring problem. Check the turn signal switch for continuity and inspect the wiring for any breaks or corrosion. Additionally, verify that the ground connection for the lighting system is secure and functioning properly. If these components are all in good condition, further diagnosis of the vehicle's electrical system may be necessary.
Either check the fuses or change the bulb.
