I had a similar question on a microbiology crossword puzzle assignment, I believe the answer they're looking for is "animal cell".
Hope that's helpful!
Eukaryotic cells 2bre99
There are loads! Ranging from blood cells brain cells skinn sells and more!
ALLTERNATE
Simply they are called eukaryotic cells
Animal cell.
We don't have cell walls, chloroplasts or vacuoles (and some other organelles), like plants do.
Human cells are eukaryotic cells. The most important characteristic of Eukaryotic cells are that they have a true nuclei containing DNA.

In a cell there is a part that has a specific job (nucleus=control center) just like a human (brain=controlls actions of body) __________________________________________________________________ Actually you cant say they are similar but humans are made of cells, trillions of them, and the type of cell is eukaryotic so we are eukaryotes and eukaryote is a type and there is only one other type known and that is the prokaryote which was the first cell.
Elodea and onion cells have more consistent shapes than human epithelial cells because they have cell walls. The human epithelial cells do not have defined cell walls.
Almost every cell in the body id diploid, the only cells that are haploid are the germ cells, ie sperm and ovum.
By the type of cell they are and what they have inside the cell
There are many neurons in the human brain (~ 100 billion) but glial cells outnumber neurons by 10 fold. Therefore, the most abundant cell type in our brain would be glial cells of which astrocytes (a type of glial cell) is the most numerous. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuron

neurons aka nerve cells
In plant, human, bacteria, fungi

Somatic, or body, cells are all 2n or sometimes we say they are diploid.
All other cells in the human body are the only type that are prokaryotic, meaning that they do not contain a nucleus, the control center of the cell.
They do not have a cell wall. They have a cell membrane, which is the outer layer of the cell. Much like skin in a human. The only type of cells that have a cell wall are plant cells. :)
red blood cells
There are more than 4 types of cells in the human body. There are about 200 different types of cells. Each cell has a different function.
