Italian food has basic ingrediants. Tomatoe's, olive oil, and of course garlic. Pastas with tomato sauses such as rotinni marinara, spagetti and bolognese sause(meat sause), and penne with carbonara sause(A cream sause with bacon and mushrooms). Wine is a major part of the dinning experience, and is also used in the dish that is to be served. When cooking with wine remember the golden rule, never cook with a wine you wouldn't drink.
