You get it when you buy a Build-a-Bear. It is at the bottom of the birth certificate. If someone already used their code, You cannot reuse it, it won't work. Add me on Build-a-Bear, BriannePaws11!

If you go to the actual babw store you can get a unused buildabear welcome pass, you can get up to 5 bears maximum with that welcome pass, and once the pass has been used 1 time on a character, no other character can use the same code. Only the person who used it first, can. The welcome passes are free.

Build a Bear coupons can only be used for a single transaction and it cannot be used for multiple times. It has to be used before the expiration date.
