A "haunted" house has been included under this particular concept.

It truly takes a human devil to keep such information from a parent to where their child is. As a parent I would consider this mental torture equivalent to physical torture. No human being would hold back information that would stop such immense suffering, but a human devil gleefully enjoys tormenting parents with the knowledge that only they know where their victms body is. We, as a society and with the UN need to develop basic human right laws (Natalie's Law) THAT GIVES PARTIAL IMMUNITY TO A KILLER FOR DISCLOSING THE LOCATION OF A BODY THAT CAN BE RETRIEVED AND PROVEN BY TESTING TO BE THE MISSING PERSON.SUCH PARTIAL IMMUNITY PROVIDES WHAT IS MOST NEEDED IN ARUBA TODAY WHICH IS CLOSURE AND A CHANCE FOR NATALIE TO BE LAID TO REST IN A HUMANE WAY. It is not too late for the legal systems in Aruba, Peru and the USA to approach Joran and Drew Peterson and offer them partial immunity for diclosure of the missing victims body with an agreement that no forsencic data will be used against them in their prosecution or offer the killer's innocent family members the reward for finding the missing. Finally I would love to talk to Natalie's mother to get her to meet with Joran's mother and work out a deal where Joran's mother gets her son to reveal the location of Natalie's body and if confirmed by DNA give Joran's mother the reward money for final closure. Thus earthellism which believes human devils are among us and Aruba was Natalie's journey thru a hell, with her now in heaven, can provide the framework for closure, and stop the ongoing torture.
