If you have an upset stomach, then the best thing to do is not to eat anything. I know this sounds like you will be very hungry... and I'm sure you will. But if you have decided not to eat, then try drinking full sugar flat lemonade acting as meals. Without any food or drink, your blood sugars get VERY low. So drinking flat lemonade (NOT reduced sugar) will help incresase those levels. The reason why you you drink the lemonade FLAT, is that, the 'fizziness' of the lemonade aggrivates the lining of the stomach, causing you to bring all your evening/lunch/breakfast meals back up! (Not nice eh?) So just drink flat lemonade, and see how you get on. ( It worked for me!!!)

∙ 15y agoGinger is one of the best helpers in the fight against nausea during pregnancy. You can also try some of those sea band bracelets that you wear on your wrist. They help with travel sickness but I have had several friends that swear by those.

∙ 15y agoWell I would personaly say only eat certain things kind of like... vegetables or fruit. But only eat things that would help the baby grow strong and healthy.
