may not be released for takeoff
During the Cold War aircraft carriers had a secondary mission of nuclear warfare and its attack aircraft were nuclear-capable. However, it was policy to neither confirm nor deny the presence of nuclear weapons aboard any naval vessel. Pres. George H.W. Bush cancelled the nuclear mission for all naval forces except SSBN submarines. Today there are no nuclear weapons and no nuclear-capable aircraft on our carriers.
A nuclear accident is the unintended release of nuclear radiation into the environment, such as damage to a nuclear reactor or to a nuclear weapon (plane crash carrying nuclear bombs, etc). The two basic forms of nuclear weapons are fission and fusion weapons.
Really not possible to say- the aircraft has a large payload, and can carry a VERY varied mix of weapons. When you add in cruise missles, guided munitions, and possibly nuclear weapons, the cost of the payload could be incredibly high, but I don't think the govt releases the price tag on a nuclear weapon.
Those that are nuclear, such as the nuclear bombs.
Pakistan has a coastal line of 900-1000 km and I don't think that Pakistan need an aircraft carrier . Its much better that Pakistan modify its Navy and induct new nuclear submarine equipped with nuclear weapons.
In nuclear weapons depots.
Zambia does not have nuclear weapons.
According to a document* released by the NSA, the US secretly stored nuclear weapons during the Marcos dictatorship. Opinion: Officially, the Philippines prohibits nuclear weapons on it territories, but it won't cause much of a scandal if it was discovered that the US has been carrying nuclear weapons during their visits. The Filipino people has a favorable view towards the US military. * http://www2.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB197/nd-17c.pdf
Nuclear weapons are weapons which are fueled by nuclear energy. Examples of weapons that can be fueled by nuclear energy are missile warheads and bombs.
Yes, they are nuclear weapons.
NO. Afghanistan does not have nuclear weapons, nor did it have nuclear weapons at any time, nor has it been accused by other countries of having nuclear weapons. Afghanistan is also a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, for what that's worth.
They say the other country was only pretending to be neutral...and that they were carrying nuclear weapons. The end.
