to lyes the white blood cell in other way to count rbc
Type your answer here... Potassium is more affected by hemolysis as 98% of it inside the RBC, Sodium dose not affected by hemolysis if the measuring is ISE, Chloride will be affected because there is 45 - 54 mmol/L of it inside the RBC but the affection will be less than Potassium if you measure it by ISE
1. plasma proteins 2. rbc shape 3. rbc size 4. rbc count
It will depend on the nature of the solute. If you are talking about NaCl, for example, 0.075 is hypotonic and will tend to rupture the RBC. 0.3 M NaCl will be hypertonic and will tend to make the RBC shrink.
the k, I dont know. The RBC, here in Jersey City, is the mayor RB Conlin. Also rbc is rap slang for real big c**k,
RBC diluting fluid contains sodium citrate, formalin and distilled water
sodium citrate prevents coagulation of blood and provide correct osmotic pressure. formalin acts as a preservative and checks bacterial and fungal growth.
Gower's solution
to lyes the white blood cell in other way to count rbc
The distilled water present in the WBC diluting fluid is not isotonic and therefore is responsible for the destruction of RBCs. DR. Umesh Ghate and Shruti Salian
You can use any isotonic solution like Normal Saline Solution (NSS), Hayem's and Gower's.
The difference between the two is that the RBC Diluting pipette counts the erythrocytes (Red blood cells) while the other one counts the leukocytes (White blood cells) and that the pipette (RBC) itself has a more circular body compared to WBC diluting pipete. On the other hand, WBC diluting pipette has a pointed tip unlike the RBC Diluting pipette. -Fer Philippines <3
A diuting fluid used to count erythrocytes in a RBC pipette.Dacie's fluid has an anticoagulant. It is an iso-osmotic solution so it will prevent shrinking of RBC's. It also contains formalin to conserve the fluid. It is often paired with Sodium Citrate.Similar to Hayem's Solution.http://www.whonamedit.com/synd.cfm/637.html
Rbc pipette is bigger than the wbc pipette to dilute the blood with fluid.
counting of Rbc and Wbc is done throug hemocytometer .duilting fluid are needed to destory unwanted things which can confuse us in various ways .
in bloo vessels rbc, wbs & fluid is carried in form of blood
