It's hard to answer this question without more details. If both computers are Windows machines and they are part of a local area network, you can make the CD ROM on one computer a share that the other computer mounts. This will work for some installers and won't work for others.
The best solution depends upon the answers to several question: What software are you trying to load? What operating systems are the computers running? Are the computers networked? Do you have any external storage device that you can connect to both computers, say by USB?
