Using a credit repair company I got 2 judgments deleted from my credit report.if they are still part of public record will this affect my ability to get a loan. they are off the credit report?

The original creditor payed the Credit Reporting Agencies to report this judgement. If this credit repair company did it the right way, then your creditor has agreed to delete the report. Sometimes these things pop back up. Hopefully you got documentation from the credit repair agency so that you get it removed if it ever comes backs.
There is another technique for removing judgments which is based on the fact that many plaintiffs don't keep up with the reporting payments and paperwork.
You should ask this credit repair agency to give you copies of the letters they sent and documentation of their efforts on your behalf. Sadly, you will probably wonder why you didn't just do it yourself.
If this item stays off your credit reports then it is unlikely that any loan officer will know about it because they would have to go to the original courthouse to look it up.
