well just because you can do it does not always mean you should? That is like asking how long is a peice of string. - It varys. Other schools may be accredited because 1) they want to be? 2) they receive grants from the government. 3) it may assist their marketing to say they are accredited, 4) they join the club of other accredited school? 5) it shows they have agreed to certain standards asked by the accreding agency.
