I bought a used Winchester model 70 short action (SA) in .243 Win. The heavy barrel (HVB) configuration last year in April 2008 for $500.00. Rifle was in almost new condition and had been fired very little. This is a push-feed action and post-64.

Your rifle was made in 1974 and if it is salt free and NIB then $1200-$1400. If you don't have the original box subtract $100-$150. Safari heavy barrel 22-250 barreled action only
100-1000 USD
depending on what year the model 12 you have and the shape it is in. The model 12 heavy duck guns can go from $1200.00 to $300.00
Walmart sold them in the mid 1990's. They had a 18" barrel. I think they sold for around $280.00 with no sights.
While a little vague in your description,The model 52 target rifle is going for between 400 dollars in 60% original condition up to 750 dollars for a nice specimen in 95% condition. You can add to these value,s if it is a heavy barrel model. You can add more value also if it is a model 52B with the redesigned action improved stock design, these were made in 1940-1947.
