If you have a 4in. or 6in. barrel,then it was made between 1958-1978.If your firearm has a 2 1/2 barrel,it was made from 1959-1963.
I dont see any python serial ending with a 'V'. however the end production for serial number is 5550 in 1958. So, your python might be a 1958 model.....................
Depends on condition an excellent to new condition would be aorund $1500. Just go down from there.
Made in 1958.
Prior t0 1958 the 98 depending on condition and barrel markings would start at 900.00 range. If barrel is marked (not for ball) on the top this model would start at about 1400.00.
about 1958. I assume the letters 'py' are not part of the serial number ????
The 8G stands for Lightweight 12 made in 1958. The correct barrel address for this gun should be St Louis Mo. / The slug barrel was not introduced until 1962, so it is an extra barrel with a later address such as St Louis & Montreal, or Morgan Utah. Value depends all on condition. A two barrel set can bring a premium when the gun is over 96% condition. If yours has normal wear and finish loss, it may be better to sell the slug barrel separate.
what is the value of 1958 British Columbia $1.00 coin worth.
Your Browning auto-5 shotgun should have the serial number prefix of 8V.This would indicate that your Browning was a Magnum model auto-5 because of the 3in.chamber.This was a new model which was first made in the year 1958 and seeing that your shotgun has a vent rib barrel;then the value will be between 450-750 dollars for a shotgun showing between 60%-90% of it,s original finish and a good bore.
wht the value
50-500 USD or so
The value of a 1958 Mossberg model 185K-A is determined by the condition of the shotgun. If in good condition this gun has a value of up to 300 dollars.
