hit it for a good hour, this worked for me.
Reboot your PC, If i wont shut down turn your PC off manually, wait ten seconds, then see if your problems are fixed.
my PC often does this and i have had it for years it just does it for no reason and t hasn't broken on me so i would try and keep it muted when you shut it down
Hibernate is designed as a temporary low-power mode. Whilst it wont actually harm your pc to leave it in hibernate mode for long periods, it's still using power - so - from an environmental view-point, it's better to shut down your computer if you're not going to sue it for more than 30 minutes.
