The entire light fixture has to be replaced. It is one unit. I assume lenses have yellowed. After-market available on e-bay, but expensive. You can try luck at a junkyard, but most are yellowed.
They are not the same. Convex lens bulge outward, and concave lenses go in ward. Convex lenses focus light, and concave lenses spread light out.
