What are the Advantages and disadvantages of paid employment?

The advantages of paid employment are that you make money to pay your bills, buy thing you need and want and take care of your family if you have one. The disadvantages of paid employment are that you sometimes have to do things you don't like doing, sometimes you have to work with people you might not like and you may have to work certain hours when you would rather be doing something else.

The advantages of permanent employment is the employee often receives benefits. Health Care, 401k, and vacation are often some of the benefits provided. The salary or hourly rate is often higher then part time. The disadvantage is often times the employee does not get to choose his or her schedule and is subject to working long hours.
