The net density of the earth is much higher than the density of the materials that make up the crust and other portions of the planet that we can reach. There for the parts we cannot yet reach must have a much greater density, or the net density would not be as great as it is.
The density of a solution at which the DNA feels no net force during centrifugation is called its bouyant density. This is the density in the density gradient where that particular DNA molecule will form a band as it stops going up or down.

Net content of soft drink means the volume of soft drink present in container. It can be measured by first weighing the filled bottle(W1) followed by weighing of empty and dry bottle(W2). Also measure the density of liquid & multiply it with W1-W2. The result is your net content.
