William Othello Wilson died in 1928.
Rodrigo is stabbed by cassio and killed. Bianca does not die.
Desdemona is murdered by Othello her husband. On stage Othello normally smothers her with a pillow. Othello feels that she is a liar and cheated on him with his ex-lieutenant Michael Cassio, (who Othello believed was killed already by Iago).
Brabantio is Desdemona's father who strongly opposed Othello's eloping with her. When the Senate finds that their marriage is legit, he is very unhappy. He dies of a broken heart.
No, Othello did not die from hemlock. In Shakespeare's play "Othello," he dies by his own hand after being manipulated into believing that his wife Desdemona was unfaithful. In a fit of despair and jealousy, he stabs himself with a dagger, marking a tragic end to his story. Hemlock is not involved in his death.
They had a good relationship - Othello trusted Cassio and Cassio respected Othello

Brabantio warns Othello that if his daughter, Desdemona, deceived him in order to marry Othello, then she can just as easily deceive Othello.
