Anytime there is a short to ground there is the certainty of a wire getting hot. Another possibility is there may be a wrong fuse introduced the the fuse box allowing the fuse box to get hot prior too popping. Check the fuse parameters and the last job that was completed on your automobile for verification
If your sitting in the drivers seat the fuse panel would be up underneath the dash on the left kick panel near the top.
By the fuse panel and also by the battery (The fuse panel would be by the drvier's steering column to the left i believe)
it is fuse number one in the interior fuse panel. it is a 15 amp fuse. should be located in the lower right corner of the fuse panel. the fuse panel itself is located under the left hand side of the instrument panel
the fuse panel is located inside veichle behind a small removeable couver at left end of instrument panel, below and to the left of steering column. you will find fuse on this panel.

Fuse panel is located below the steerign wheel to the left, under the removeable panel.
I would say that it's in the drivers side panel by where your left foot would be but behind the side panel.

The fuse panel is located under the left side of the dashboard.
Thr fuse box is in the lower left side of dash, near where the drivers left knee would be when driving. You must unscrew an access panel.
