∙ 9y agoThis may be due to your environment - you may be allergic to something where you sleep:
- Bed mites may live in the mattress and in the carpet. Mattress covers can help this problem. Carpet may need to be removed, or at the very least, deeply cleaned and vacuumed regularly.
- You may be allergic to dust or mold in your bedroom. Be sure to do a thorough cleaning and dusting regularly.
- If you are allergic to pollen or ragweed, be sure to keep your windows closed while you sleep.
- If your animals sleep in your room, you may want to reconsider. You may be better off moving their bed to the living room or kitchen.
