big block to small block. you change the engine mounts position and possibly the trans. but yes.
What are the differences between a 350 and a 454 engine?
i second would like to know.i have a 454 97 suburban and a 1500 pick up.i want to keep the 1500 but needs a motor.i already installed the 454 transmission on the 350 vortec but just learned the 350 is tired
No. The 454 is an externally balanced engine, the 350 is internally balanced.
You can't... There's not enough steel in the cylinders to bore it that far. If you want a 454, you need to by a big block 454 Chevy engine.
change ecm also
no. no matter what you do to a 350, you can do to a 454. now u can beat a 454 if you dont do anything to it and and do everything to the 350 but again whatever you can do to thee 350 you can do to a 454. Ones an s/b and the others a b/b. the b/b is always gonna win. unless your talking about gas milage!
it should, i just put a 350 in a truck that had a 454 in it previously. mated 2 a 400 turbo tran
Well I have the reverse, 454 manifolds on a 350, so I would think so.
NO, The injectors are different on the 454
yes they are the same a 454 will bolt up
no
yes, as long as the 454 is not a tall deck block.
