download the code manger disc, then plug in your action replay with the cord, turn on your ds, open up code manger, find a code you want under the tabs, drag the name of the game, then drop it in Nintendo ds
you can find codes online, or download action replay code manager with the disc you got with the action replay. Use the cord to plug it in. Then drag soulsilver from the box in the top right, to the bottom right, then to the big box on the right. Make sure your action replay is plugged in. If you are using action replay dsi, plug it in without the system. If you are doing in with action replay ds, plug it in with the ds. Make sure that the ds says to plug it in after you press the button with the cord on it.
