In the game Warhammer Fantasy Battle, there were two groups of playable Undead. One group was called Tomb Kings and the other group was the called Vampire Counts.
The Vampire Counts are extremely effective in games of Warhammer, although they do take a bit of practice to master.
It depends on whether you really want the army or not. If you do, then yes, get it, if not, don't waste your money. And if by get you mean steal, don't.
Every person has a different opinion, but to start off with I would have the dwarf, because they're cool.
with skill and a touch of magic :)
Sure you can. Dwarfs are hard to beat, but you have greater mobility, better magic, and you should outnumber them. Vampires are currently a very difficult army to play (the change to 8th edition wasn't kind to them), but there are always ways to be creative and outmaneuver your slower opponent.
In Warhammer 40,000, the character with the most wounds is typically the Primarchs, particularly Mortarion and Magnus the Red, who have 9 wounds each in the tabletop game. However, certain greater demons and larger models can also have high wound counts. The exact numbers can vary depending on updates and new releases in the game's editions.
If you have been a vampire for a while then you have to talk to one of the counts, I think its skingrad and he will help you. :D your welcome

Simply go to any area that has a group of vampries inhabiting it, such as bloocrest caverns near skingrad, and let them hit you until you contract a disease known as 'porphyric hemophilia'. At that point, sleep until you are a vampire. (waiting does not work). this counts for all races.
You may be thinking of counts in yarn, where counts can indicate the number of twists per inch in the spin.
