Muslims in the Middle East were allies of Hitler during World War 2. The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem actually spent time with Hitler in Germany, so the answer is definitely no. However, it is worth noting that Hitler saw the Arabs as a non-Aryan race and therefore considered them inferior to Germans (although not quite an untermensch like Jews, Slavs, or Romani).

The Nazis believed anyone who was not of Germanic ancestry was inferior and as such "Life unworthy of life" and subject to euthanasia.
