Looking at the historical records available there is no reason to suspect that Hitler was crazy. Contemporary witnesses described him as a genius and he certainly had a "gift" for speeches and persuading people.
Anecdotal evidence from the time have led historians to believe that towards the end of his life Hitler suffered from Parkinson's disease and syphilis (possibly contracted from a prostitute during his time in Vienna, 1907-1913)
