It is unknown whether Jane was as innocent as she made herself out to be, was she genuine or was she just a good actress. Some people think she was and some don't. It is up to the reader to decide what they think about her. I believe she was ambitious but i don't think she was scheming and i think she had a good side and a bad side, doesn't everybody.
There is two types of Jane Seymour's some people say she was innocen , sweet and forced by her family to attract Henry VIII. Others say differently, they say she was scheming, clever and ambitious. Out of the two of them i think the latter is more interesting, but what she was really like will never be known. So it's up to the reader which on they prefer.
she was said to be one of the most popular queen in the tudor times. and was also said to be King henry viii's favourite wife
because Rosanny Gomez said so. You can find her on Pal Pk. ;D
It is said that she was. She gave him the son she wanted and is the only one of his wives to be buried with him at Westminster Abbey.
Jane Seymour, came to court through her uncle the Duke of Norfolk, she was little more than a child, and it is said that it was her outstanding beauty that attracted Henry V111
Very good! She was his favorite wife and he said she should be buried in the same castle because she gave him a son.
From Henry's point of view Jane Seymour was the wife he loved the most, partly because she gave birth to a son. However, nowadays every one probably think that they weren't that pretty...
I believe most people would say Mary I, but there are many people(such as myself) who believe Jane Seymour was the worst. Explanation? Mary executed less than 300 people. She ruled for about five years. Jane, however, ruined the life of many people by ruining for Anne Boleyn - if it wasn't for Jane Seymour, Mary wouldn't have become queen and those 300 people wouldn't have died - therefore we could all blame Jane. She was known for being so innocent and kind and all, then why would she ruin someones marriage? I'm not saying everything was all Janes fault, but we all know Henry was an idiot and this is something he must have passed on to Mary, which is why we can't blame any of those idiots for simply being... idiots. With this said and a little diskussion raised, I truly do hope you got the answer you needed.
We can probably never know, who he really loved. My guess is that he truly loved his third wife, Jane Seymour. He wasn't married to Jane for long, only a year or so, so he didn't grow tired of her or anything like that. She was the one queen, who managed to give him a son, and Henry was, after his own request, burried next to her. Henry is also said to always have considered her "his true queen and wife"... so, that's my answer :) Hope I could be of some service.
Because he loved her more than anne.He fell in love with her, and also, he was looking for a way to get rid of Anne Boleyn. It is said that Henry was very taken with Jane - she may even have been his favourite wife. Not only was Henry in need of a son and heir, as well as a new lady in his life that was less complicated than Anne Boleyn; but Jane Seymour's family were just as power hungry as every other noble family at court. It is highly likely that Jane's father and brothers saw the advantages that a royal marriage with their sister would gain the family. For the most part, though, Jane Seymour is said to have been pretty, young and filled with a spirit which caught Henry's attention.

"Innocent" can be both a noun and an adjective. As an adjective, it describes someone or something that is free from guilt or wrongdoing. As a noun, it refers to a person who is free from guilt or blame.
