From a Jewish viewpoint, the chief arguments are that A: G-d either did not intervene or did so in some way that we cannot understand, for reasons of Divine Wisdom unknown to humans; B: G-d did not wish to intervene and the Shoah (Holocaust) was inflicted upon the Jewish people for their sins (ie; our failure to observe Shabbat correctly and/or universally) and C: the lack of Divine intervention proves once and for all that there is no G-d.
