It is likely that Jesus ate fish, so probably not.

The simple mention of fish and loaves lends to the reasoning that he was not a vegetarian completely. There is little to go on but the few mentions in The Bible including the Last Dinner tends to show that he was not a vegetarian, at least not by a modern point of view.

There is a mention that he did "fast" a time or two which means he must have eaten just like any other human. As people's diets at the time consisted of very little meat, it was still eaten, especially at events and gatherings.

"And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house..." (Matt.9:10).

The inspired original manuscript mentions "reclined" at home where the KJV says "sat at meat." The meaning, however, refers to the "taking of a meal" since reclining was a person's position in those days when meals were taken.

So, while Jesus may not have actually been eating "meat" that particular day at home... it's true that He partook of the Passover lamb.

I'm confident that He enjoyed a balanced diet of meat and vegetables. Don't most average Jews like meat and veggies? But then again, Jesus wasn't an average man.

Ultimately, we must follow the first commandment...Thou shall not kill.
