If an understanding was made about Christianity that was misunderstood then are different forms of Christianity possibly wrong?

There can, be definition, only be one form of Christianity, per Jesus' word. "There will be one fold and one shepherd." Obviously the one shepherd is Jesus, himself, on earth, His representative is the Holy Father (the Pope), and His church has existed from the instant He formed it and continued to this day. Today there are many "Christian churches" based on the understanding that 1) the Catholic church is wrong, and 2) everyone can read the Bible and decide what he wants to believe. Obviously this is a massive misunderstanding of Jesus' words, "be humble, as I am humble". To be a Christian means to be humble and follow Jesus, and His church, NOT to set oneself up as judge or arbitrator of what the Bible says and how I want to worship. This is denying Jesus words "that they all may be one as You, Father, and I are one" and "be humble, as I am humble". So, yes, this has been a massive misunderstanding of Jesus and His words resulting in the tragedy of so many different denominations, each thinking they have the truth in how to worship Jesus.

Who was the most humble man on earth?

I know with out a doubt it was Jesus christ the Son of God. Who else gave his life for us to have life. Saying that, if you are an Atheist then Jesus was definitely NOT the most humble or modest man on earth. Claiming that you are the son of God would make you pretty egotistical nowadays.
