Yes. Hollyleaf, Jayfeather, and Lionblaze are secretly the kits of Leafpool and Crowfeather, but Crowfeather does not know this. Leafpool hid this from everyone because she was a medicine cat so she wasn't allowed to have kits or a mate.

∙ 13y agoShe mated with Crowfeather, which broke the warrior code in two ways: One, she is a medicine cat and can not mate let alone have kits, and Two, she mated with a cat from another Clan.
To protect her secret and remain medicine cat, she gave her three kits (Lionblaze, Hollyleaf, and Jayfeather) to her sister, Squirrelflight, who posed as their mother (Brambleclaw had no idea the kits were not his). Eventually, the secret was revealed, and Leafpool became a warrior.
Yes, Leafpool was plump with kits in the Warriors series. She secretly bore kits with Crowfeather, despite her responsibilities as a ThunderClan medicine cat.

Squirrelflight did not have any kits of her own. She raised Leafpool's kits, Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf, as her own to protect her sister's secret that she had broken the warrior code by having a litter of kits.

Leafpool supposedly is pregnant around the book Sunset as Brambleclaw mentions her looking plump and well-fed, and there are several other clues telling us that Squirrelflight is not their mother (ie, not staying in the nursery, too healthy after kitting, no milk production) and that Leafpool is (ie, giving the kits gifts).
How did Leafpool make everybody think that Hollyleaf and her brothers were Squirrelflight's kits?
Leafpool and Squirrelflight went out of camp together and found a save place for Leafpool to have her kits. They had to wait until the kits were strong enough to travel back toward the clan and because no other cat then Squirrelflight was with Leafpool when she kitted, it was easy for Leafpool to say that the kits were Squirrelflight's. There were some questions of course about it, but the clan believed them.
